Your New Role…


The Content Programmer II is responsible for finding engaging sports content for B/R's mobile app and website. They are tasked with covering breaking news, sending push notifications and curating content and fostering in-app communities. They will also own projects, craft and distribute content plans while running event coverage around key tentpole events.  


Your Role Accountabilities…


Create and send push notifications on breaking news, viral moments in sports and culture 


Craft content plans around tentpole events throughout the sports calendar.  


Program the best content about relevant leagues and teams across all platforms 


Help utilize B/R's voice as you distribute content across platforms 


Build and curate communities within B/R app, help seed conversation 


Qualifications & Experience...


Passionate sports fan, 2-4 years of professional experience preferred 


Frequent user of B/R app, understanding how it works as a user 


A keen awareness of Bleacher Report's voice. When breaking news happens, be expected to know how B/R reacts on multiple platforms 


Well versed in the world of sports and pop culture and social media trends 


Avid consumer of sports culture content across multiple platforms 


Experience in leading small teams and/or projects/events 


Expert knowledge of Soccer, NBA, NFL, College sports a plus 


Knowledge in shoe culture, gaming, combat  


Experience with analytics platforms preferred. Graphic experience is a plus 


Willingness to work nights and weekends

The Legal Bits…


In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $59,640.00 - $110,760.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
