We're a diverse Creative Strategy group that crafts award-winning experiences in partnership with an exciting portfolio of sports, beauty, and entertainment clients, and we're looking for a Creative Strategist who is passionate about sports and lifestyle brands + being at the forefront of culture to join our group of communicators, storytellers, and problem-solvers!


What You Will Be Doing


Our ideal candidate is culturally fluent, strategic in uncovering quantitative insights, and a creative thinker who can articulate a point of view.


They will translate brand briefs into nuanced creative strategies that lead to big, integrated concepts. This will include everything from developing creative briefs & strategic POVs that guide creative thinking, to running brainstorms, writing and designing decks, and translating those into incredible real-world campaigns. This role will work in close collaboration with Research & Insights to develop qualitative and quantitative insights that inform the strategy and the Creative team to bring campaigns to life.


Responsibilities


  • Develop the strategy for integrated brand, partnership, social, and sponsorship campaigns that lead to inspiring Creative Territories
  • Partner with the Creative team to translate strategy into creative concepts, and help bring them to life
  • Lead research processes, identifying Q2 insights on the brand, audience, competitors, cultural landscape and more, shaping those insights into a point of view that informs the work/guides all teams
  • Contribute to new business pitches and existing client work, including facilitating brainstorming sessions, writing up ideas, final copywriting, and overall deck development
  • Collaborate with cross-agency teams


Requirements


  • Background
  • Background in Creative Strategy
  • Experience working Sports, Media, Music or Entertainment is preferred
  • 3+ Years of Experience in Similar Environment
  • Based in NYC
  • Cultural Fluency
  • Pulse on trends across industries, and an understanding of what is shaping consumer behavior
  • A strong understanding of Gen Z culture
  • Experience/knowledge working on multicultural focused work is a plus
  • Skills
  • Strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail to efficiently and accurately deal with large number of deliverables
  • Ability to develop visually compelling presentations in Keynote and Google slides is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that fall in line with our clients' brands
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members; experience working across sales, marketing and creative teams is a plus


Benefits


Base salary range: $58.5K-$70K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.


Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role


Full-time

Base salary range: $58.5K-$70K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
