Are you innovative and passionate about current trends and creating digital marketing campaigns? Watch Me! (A Women’s Sports Bar and Restaurant) is looking to hire a digital marketing manager to effectively promote its message across all digital channels. They will be actively involved in website design and updates. Daily, they will manage Watch Me’s social media, including Facebook, Tik Tok, Twitter, and Instagram, and create email blast campaigns to target key customers. They will, therefore, serve as copywriters and content creators while staying up to date on the latest social media trends.

Objectives of this role

  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for Watch Me! including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and digital presence across all social channels.
  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience.
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.



  • Update and manage
  • Create and manage content for Watch Me’s social media (IG, FB, X, LI, TikTok), emails, and other forms of digital communication.
  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and implement them in Watch Me’s marketing campaigns.
  • Insure consistency across web and social sites

Skills and qualifications

  • Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends.
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with Owners, Managers, and other staff.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends.
  • Strong project management and managerial skills.


Preferred qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of current digital trends.
  • Experience in digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software.
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research.
  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data.
  • Owners prefer someone with a sports background and an understanding of women’s sports trends, visibility and the current movement.
