The Entertainment Marketing Associate will sit at the intersection of entertainment, lifestyle, sports, and culture, viewing it through the lens of our global consumer base. This position will work globally and support the Senior Global Entertainment Marketing Manager in creating and executing industry-leading integrated marketing programs that bolster our brand presence, harness cultural and tentpole moments, foster brand affinity, and encourage brand consideration. This role is highly collaborative, demanding proactive engagement with talent teams, external partners, various departments, and stakeholders, all within a fast-paced business environment.


  • Collaborate with the Senior Global Entertainment Marketing Manager to implement and execute global and regional entertainment strategies and activations.
  • Liaise with regional marketing teams on region-specific entertainment talent, partnerships and GTM strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams on entertainment partnerships that elevate brand visibility and encourage brand consideration, both globally and regionally.
  • Oversee and track assigned talent partnerships contractual deliverables, including but not limited to photoshoots, social media rollouts, press requests, in alignment with marketing and activation plans
  • Manage contractual payments, third party invoices and vendor setup, artist calendars, travel arrangements, and budget tracking
  • Partner with the Global Collaborations team to develop and implement go-to-market strategy for talent collaborations, including third-party partner/agency management, asset creation and management, and performance measurement and evaluation to achieve individual and departmental goals.
  • Work with the seeding team to fulfill entertainment product requests for seeding and entertainment programs, ensuring alignment with brand priorities.
  • Assist in product placement with talent during high-visibility, PR-worthy cultural moments, collaborating cross-functionally to maximize placement via social media and media channels, all in accordance with brand priorities and key product releases.
  • Develop and execute communication of entertainment placement results, track KPIs, and create wrap-up reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with talent and influencer teams; managers, agents, representatives, stylists, and publicists within the entertainment industry to identify potential partnerships and opportunities to drive brand heat.


  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant entertainment and influencer marketing experience, whether in-house, at an agency, or with a label/management firm.
  • A deep passion for and knowledge of music, entertainment, sports, fashion, and sneaker culture
  • Skilled communicator proficient at effectively engaging with diverse levels of seniority
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, verbal/written presentation skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and decorum
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Position is based at our corporate headquarters in Boston, MA.

Flexible Work Schedule

New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
