Moolah Kicks is seeking a motivated, energetic, organized, and hard-working individual to add to our growing team. This role will support multiple departments and functions within the organization, including but not limited to operations, marketing, and team relations. As a Generalist, you will be exposed to a range of diverse projects. This opportunity offers the ability to grow and learn in many areas of the company. The ideal candidate is coachable, driven, and tuned in to women's basketball.


Responsibilities

Athlete Relations and Partnerships:


  • Assist in managing the college NIL Athlete Ambassador Program and poster athletes through outreach, recruitment, and onboarding.
  • Send gear packages, content approvals, payments, and brainstorm campaign ideas.
  • Help manage partnerships, including camps, tournaments, leagues, and All-Star games.


Team Relations:

  • Assist with team outreach and relationship management.


Operations:

  • Conduct research, track production timelines, send Purchase Orders, and investigate chargeback errors.
  • Assist with back-end operations, including but not limited to creating barcodes, style codes, and SKUs for new products and shipments.


Customer Relations:

  • Manage the customer service inbox.


Event Planning:

  • Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and event partners to ensure successful event execution.


Warehouse:

  • Track, register, and manage physical inventory stock of apparel and sneakers in our warehouse.
  • Pick, pack, and ship inventory for various internal uses.


Ad hoc projects as needed.


Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • Professional work experience and business acumen.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Knowledge of the women's basketball industry and understanding of team dynamics.


Compensation

  • $60-65k annual salary
