about this team
The Global Partnership team is responsible for and has oversight over all brand partnerships and product collaborations at lululemon. The Partnerships Project Manager reports into the Senior Manager, Global Partnerships and Special Projects, and works closely with cross functional partners on the global brand, creative, and product teams to bring our brand partnerships to life from identification through to implementation. In addition to driving the structure of partnership deal terms to deliver into our business and brand imperatives, we ensure all contractual obligations of a partnership are completed and manage the relationship with third party brands, organizations, etc.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
As the Partnerships Project Manager, your role is to support the implementation of brand partnerships to ensure lululemon follows all contractual obligations and that our partners have a consistent and enjoyable experience working with us. This includes but is not limited to:
- Take legal contracts and translate them into tangible requirements for our cross functional teams to follow and implement on.
- Support with key tasks related to partner identification, contract negotiation, partner onboarding, and project management of partnership deliverables.
- Relationship management of partners. Representing lululemon on calls and in emails to ensure they have a great working relationship with us, work milestones are clear both internally and externally, and the work continues to move forward.
- Working with our cross functional partners to ensure lululemon is delivering on contractual requirements ex. IP usage, royalty reporting, etc.
- Create partnership toolkits for regions to use for their local partnerships.
- Act as a conduit of information, materials and toolkits with key cross-functional business partners for all partnerships.
- Work with regions to ensure they are clear on partnership best practices and support with questions as required.
- Partner with cross functional teams within brand and product to ensure project hits all required milestones and critical timelines are followed. Partners include but are not limited to: brand strategy, brand project management/operations, PR, product design, merchandising, GTM, RBE, product education/in-store delivery functions.
qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in marketing or business related field with 4+ years of partnerships experience, relationship management, and/or project management.
- Strong Verbal & Written Communication.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills. Specifically PowerPoint and/or Keynote.
- Proven ability to form partnerships, build interpersonal relationships, and respect cultural diversity; ability to be inclusive, collaborative, respectful and support broad organizational interests

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
