Integrated Marketing Manager


Title: Integrated Marketing Manager


Objectives: Strategic management, market positioning, and opportunity development of The GIST’s custom sponsorship solutions.


Responsibilities: 

  • Supporting the development of custom content and sponsorship proposals, concepting solutions that excite media buyers, deliver value to our audience, and drive revenue for The GIST.


Manage the RFP process and support sellers in proposal development 

  • Initial concepting
  • Collaborate with sellers, content and client solutions teams on initial brainstorming of branded offerings for clients
  • Collaborate to create deliverables 
  • Collaborate with sellers to oversee the entire RFP deliverables timeline and process
  • Manage the creation of high-quality deliverables that showcase the tactics being pitched (including decks, external and internal pricing and packaging)
  • Quality control and developmental editing
  • Review and clean read proposals ensuring all concepts align with the respective brand and brief, while aligning with The GIST’s brand and content 
  • Attend pitch meetings to present ideas when necessary
  • Be the expert on all upcoming content and ensure sellers are informed of opportunities/packages
  • Regularly communicate and work across various stakeholders including sales, client solutions, content, finance and our clients 


Package Development

  • Lead the development of compelling sponsorship packages centered around key tentpoles and campaigns including ideation, pricing, and creation of sales assets
  • Collaborate with content team (including Branded Content Manager) on editorial calendar and key components/content themes for packages
  • Collaborate with the sales team to proactively pitch packages to relevant partners


Marketing Assets

  • Create, maintain and continuously improve The GIST’s sales marketing collateral 
  • Evaluate, maintain and update accordingly all products and prices
  • Maintaining a pulse on the media industry, including assisting with competitive marketplace analysis.
