Position Summary

The Manager, Event Operations for the Los Angeles Chargers is a highly organized professional individual with a passion for event operations, and live event planning and execution.



This individual will work closely with the Events/Stadium Operations team in executing all Los Angeles Charger events at SOFI Stadium . This will include all gamedays and other large-scale organizational events (such as: NFL Draft , Training Camp, Fan Events, etc.)


This person is responsible for communicating event details to all applicable departments and working to ensure the success of each event.



This position is responsible in assisting with all LA Chargers home games at SOFI Stadium including but not limited to leading event presentation meetings, budgeting, game day operations and post event settlements.

Job Functions

·Oversee the timely and first-rate execution of all LA Chargers Gamedays

·Work with internal departments to execute events

·Will serve as the event lead for offsite LA Chargers events

·Manage event specific logistics

·Assist with overseeing/ supervising 3rd party contractors/vendors

Qualifications

The qualified person in this position :

·Possess a strong analytical approach to managing projects

·Ability to work under pressure to adhere to tight last-minute deadlines

·Thrive in an environment of process, creative thinking and problem solving

·Be able to work in a group setting, as well as independently

·Possess sound communication skills including availability via phone or email

·Be capable of navigating and utilizing email, Microsoft Office programs, Google Drive
