ABOUT THIS TEAM

This team creates opportunities for the Global Product teams to be inspired, informed and connected through events, activations and experiences that are grounded in our product and enterprise goals and initiatives.


A DAY IN THE LIFE

The Project Manager is accountable for planning, leading, and executing cross-functional projects and events across the Global Product teams. This person is a strategist, planner and operator that both independently and by way of stakeholder influence, delivers business critical solutions that enable us to deliver on our long-term enterprise goals.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver event expectations for Exec level GTM milestones through video and audio requirements.
  • Responsible for the coordination with functional owners of mentings and Product Line Managers to ensure Production needs are met.
  • Schedule meetings with workstream and take and communicate meeting notes and action items in workstream meetings.
  • Manage relationships with external videographers and production companies.
  • Review GTM event expectations, attendees and locations to determine appropriate audio-visual requirements.
  • Responsible for partnering with IT to improve Product remote viewing capabilities.
  • Oversee budget and spend tracking against Production and Photoshoots.
  • Support Product Operations team in relation to A/V and overall production for all internal events.
  • In collaboration with cross functional partners, create GTM photoshoot schedule, coordinate studio bookings and manage relationships with external photographers and stylists. 
  • Confirm project scope for specific GTM milestones (such as Creative Kickoff) and determine appropriate audio-visual and fabrication requirements. 
  • Support in the Production and execution of all internal Product events/activations.
  • Support Manager in creating strategic plan and calendar for total global events and activations, and annual calendar for Global Product teams


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience tracking multiple projects at once
  • Strong relationship and communication skills
  • Able to work cross functionally
  • Experience working with budgets
