SUMMARY

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for driving business requirements gathering, development and delivery of the KAGR product suite to ensure client success and utilization of the KAGR platform. Through a strong knowledge of KAGR technologies, including client portal, database management, and agile delivery, the Senior Business Analyst will work closely with the development team and KAGR clients to drive results and achieve business impact.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Client Management
  2. Define business requirements needs and document rules and logic for use in client implementation
  3. Triage client issues and report bugs to the development team clearly and precisely detailing specific cases in a timely manner
  4. Ensure effective, timely and accurate client communications, including support management, status calls, and product roadmap check-ins. Own client and vendor work streams and relationships where applicable
  5. Serve as a client portal subject matter expert to ensure the portal is optimized for customer success
  6. Provide advice and best practices to clients to enable clients to maximize benefits of KAGR relationship
  7. Collaborate and develop high-functioning relationship with project scrum team; communicate client priorities, understand project scope, inform solution design and assist with troubleshooting
  8. Business Analysis & Operations
  9. Write and execute client-specific functional test plans, while implementing standardized testing processes and procedures
  10. Create and support project scrum team initiatives for data integrity and completeness
  11. Create and maintain documentation on internal and client facing business processes
  12. Make recommendations to improve processes and services to improve client success
  13. Leverage client feedback to inform product roadmap, manage expectations with client
  14. Project Management
  15. Coordinate scheduling and participate in meetings across internal and client teams. Able to drive independent tasks and report on next steps and action items.
  16. Participate in development planning sessions and prioritize client needs appropriately
  17. Participate in agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery
  18. Special projects and assignments as business dictates
  19. Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of Business Analyst or Account/Client Management experience in a technology setting and a degree in Business or related field
  • Must have proven track record in technology delivery, process improvement, data governance and client services
  • Experience with SQL required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced PowerPoint and Excel. Project management software such as JIRA/Confluence
  • Knowledge of relational database and design structure concepts
  • Experience interacting with management, presenting, and acting in a professional manner
  • Outstanding organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be team-oriented and coachable
